ABOUT US

One firm. Two disciplines.
A single point of accountability.

One Envoy Presence was formed by bringing together two firms that, individually, only ever solved half the problem: one advised, the other delivered. Together, we do both, for the same client, under the same roof.

WHAT DRIVES US

Our Mission

To give businesses and their leaders a single, accountable partner for the decisions that shape their future and the operations that carry them out so that good strategy never dies in the handoff to delivery.

Our Vision

To be the region's benchmark for firms that don't just advise or just execute, but do both trusted at the boardroom table and relied upon on the ground.

HOW WE OPERATE

Discretion

The conversations that matter most succession, restructuring, leadership change are handled with the confidentiality they demand, always.

Integrity

We say what we believe is true, even when it isn't the easiest thing to hear. Advice that only tells clients what they want to hear isn't advice.

Accountability

We don't hand over recommendations and walk away. If we advise it, we're prepared to help build it and be judged on whether it worked.

Practitioner-led

Every engagement, advisory or delivery, is led by people who have done the job themselves not studied it from the outside.

LEADERSHIP

Built by people who have run what they now advise on.

One Envoy Presence is led by two people who have spent their careers on opposite ends of the same problem one setting strategy in the boardroom, the other building the operations that carry it out. That combination is not incidental. It's the reason the firm exists.

LET'S TALK

One partner.
Both sides of the problem solved.

Whether you need the decision made or the operation built and run, it starts with the same conversation.
